Subject: November 2010 Timesheet Deadline Update

Dear Staff Employee,

Due to the Thanksgiving holiday, processing deadlines for the December 8th payroll cycle have been accelerated.  To meet these deadlines and ensure on-time pay, preliminary timesheets for hourly staff employees (paid on the 8th of the month) are due earlier than usual this month.

Your November preliminary timesheet should be completed and ready for your supervisor's approval by end of day on Friday, 11/18/2011. 

As usual, your final timesheet should be submitted in CruzPay at the end of the month, validating any hours projected on your preliminary timesheet per the normal monthly process.
