Student and Hourly Staff Employees: Early Timesheet Deadlines for November and December 2011

Due to the upcoming holidays and Campus Winter Curtailment, timesheet due dates for Student and Hourly Staff employees (paid on the 8th of the month) have been changed for November and December. The due dates have been accelerated to allow for earlier payroll deadlines.

Student Employee Due Dates

November 2011 10/24/2011-11/23/2011	Timesheets due (submitted) Friday 11/18/2011 **
December 2011 11/24/2011-12/23/2011	Timesheets due (submitted) Wednesday 12/14/2011 or on your last day of work, whichever is earlier **

** To ensure timely pay, if you will have hours to report between November 17 and 23, or between December 15 and 23, please contact your Staff HR Timekeeper. Not doing so may result in these hours being paid on your subsequent paycheck. Click here to locate your SHR Operations Team Timekeeper.

Hourly Staff Preliminary Timesheet Due Dates

November 2011 11/1/2011-11/30/2011	Preliminary timesheets due (submitted) Friday 11/18/2011
December 2011 12/1/2011-12/31/2011	Preliminary timesheets due (submitted) Wednesday 12/14/2011

Hourly staff should submit their final timesheet validating any projected hours per the normal process, and schedule.
