Student and Hourly Staff Employees: Early Timesheet Deadlines for November and December 2008

Due to the upcoming holidays and Campus Closure, timesheet due dates for Student and Hourly Staff employees (paid on the 8th of the month) have been changed for November and December. The due dates have been accelerated to allow for earlier payroll deadlines.

Student Employee Due Dates:

** To ensure timely pay, if you will have hours to report between November 21 and 23, or between December 15 and 23, please contact your Staff HR timekeeper. Not doing so may result in these hours being paid on your subsequent paycheck. Click here to locate your Staff HR timekeeper.

Hourly Staff Preliminary Timesheet Due Dates:

Hourly staff should submit their final timesheet validating any projected hours per the normal process, and schedule.
