Holiday Hours for Non-Exempt Employees

Non-Exempt employees are eligible for holiday hours based upon appointment status and eligibility criteria. CruzPay will calculate your eligible holiday hours based upon pay rules for your policy group or representation code. CruzPay derives holiday hours based upon specific pay rules for your policy group or representation code. Policy Groups in CruzPay are:

• 99 (Non-Represented)
• CX (Clerical)
• RX (Research)
• SX (Service)
• TX (Technical)

You can find your policy group on the time entry screen.

If you are full-time (100%) and your policy group is either 99 or SX, click here.

If you are part-time (<100%) and your policy group is either 99 or SX, click here.

If you are full-time or part-time and your policy group is CX, RX or TX, click here.
