Re: Student Employees to Begin Using CruzPay

This is to inform you of a change in the way you and other current student employees report hours on UCSC job(s). During spring quarter 2008, you will begin using the web-based UCSC CruzPay system to record your hours worked and your supervisor will approve your timesheet on-line. Paper timesheets will no longer be required.

Below is the timeline for transitioning student employees to CruzPay. The CruzPay team will be sending you detailed information about using CruzPay over the next few months.

March : CruzPay web site http://cruzpay.ucsc.edu will be updated with details on CruzPay use by students and their supervisors, and announced via e-mail.

 April : Student employees and their supervisors will receive CruzPay logins.

Student employees begin reporting time on-line.

 May : Supervisors begin approving student employees’ time on-line.

The CruzPay team is working hard to make sure that your transition to CruzPay is smooth. More information about CruzPay is available at http://cruzpay.ucsc.edu.
