11/02/09 - Furlough/Salary Reduction Program in CruzPay

CruzPay has been updated with a new pay code to allow employees participating in the Furlough/Salary Reduction Program to report their furlough hours.  The "Furlough SR Taken" pay code is available from the Pay Code dropdown menu on your timesheet.   In addition, accrued furlough hours will be loaded into CruzPay by the 6th business day of the subsequent month.  (For example, hours accrued for October 2009 will be loaded into CruzPay by November 9, 2009.)
