Dashboard

The “Settings” box on your dashboard has been changed.

  • Change Password has been changed to Change My Password.
  • Delegate Authority has been changed to Manage Delegations.
    • The Delegate Group Rights and Cancel Delegated Rights links have been changed to Delegate Authority and View/Revoke Delegations, respectively.

Note: all delegations are currently being handled on an as needed basis coordinated by HR System Administrators in conjunction with the EFS office.

Menu Bar

The “Reports” area has the most significant changes.

  • Reports -> Employee has been changed to Reports -> Group Reports.
  • Users can run the same report more than once without having to first return to the Reports screen, selecting the report, and re-entering the new parameters.
  • Two new reports are available:
    • Manager Roles , which provides information on delegations.
    • Timesheet Audit , which provides information on all timesheet entries. As an example, this report will list all actions that have been saved on the timesheet, the date the action occurred and who saved it.
  • The following reports can now be run on individual employees using the EID rather than on the entire assignment group.

    • Employee Detail
    • Employee Summary
    • Exceptions
    • Payroll Transfer
    • Schedule
    • Timesheet
    • Timesheet Audit
    • Unapproved Timesheets
